Complete endpoint documentation for the Resi IQ UK property market intelligence REST API. All endpoints return data derived from official Land Registry Price Paid Data and EPC Open Data.
Available Endpoints
- GET /v1/road/prices — bedroom-level average prices, sales count, and price trend for a road
- GET /v1/road/summary — full market summary including time-to-sell, market health score, and comparable streets
- GET /v1/outcode/stats — aggregate transaction statistics for a postcode outcode
- GET /v1/outcode/compare — side-by-side comparison of up to five outcodes
- GET /v1/market/health — market health score and liquidity index for an area
- GET /v1/epc/stock — EPC energy-efficiency stock breakdown for a road or outcode
Authentication
All requests require a valid API key passed as the X-Api-Key header. Get your key by subscribing to an API plan on the Developers page.
