These terms govern your use of the Resi IQ UK property market intelligence platform. By subscribing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Subscription
Resi IQ is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Acceptable Use
The platform and its data may be used for lawful property market intelligence purposes only. Redistribution of raw data without a redistribution licence is not permitted.
